When it first opened back in 2008-2010 this was a popular hang out. It was only $11 for a large bowl and medium $8. Really cheap and worth the price. The only way to make the bowl fill to the top was to fill the meat and veggies to half way of the bowl. Then stack the noodles high and add 6 scoops of each sauce you wanted to make it thick and flavorful. The owners got mad and upset but it was the only way to make it fill to the top and you can actually taste the sauce lol 😆....
Well this was a very new experience for myself and one of my best friends, Nancy. Neither of us had ever tried this type of food! I love, and I mean love soup. I have a hard time with the fact that Asian restaurants and the like never give you a knife!?!?!? I have hand issues so eating was a huge challenge for me. I think the noodles are just ONE continuous piece of noodle! So I can't say I will rush back to have their soup. I'd love to go back to try their grilled...
The food is indeed delicious, but the ambiance leaves much to be desired. The establishment feels quite outdated, with rough and uncomfortable chairs and booths. While the service is passable, our first visit lacked clear instructions on ordering and navigating the food line. Despite its simplicity, the $18 price tag for a large bowl caught me off guard. Additionally, the food stations could use some tidying up. If you don't mind a bit of messiness and enjoy a do-it-yourself...
