The noodles were like undercooked instant noodles, the vegetables were those frozen peas and corn and bits of carrot, they don't have a single actual ramen broth on the menu and what they do have is

I can't believe I was asked to leave the food hall for video taping my experience of ordering your food! Funny thing tho, I didnt do that! But did you know that is against the rules?

Pueblo native owned and always active in the community. Providing offerings that people are asking for. Not afraid of change, and challenge the status quo, 100% reccomend.

The ramen was underwhelming and not worth the price. Canned corn and carrot cubes, the chicken thigh was quite small. The like warm serving temp was also disappointing and probably not safe. The chicken and vegetable dumplings were very good.

The food looks pretty and all, but the ramen noodles are extremely tough, and feel like dry pasta, and the tofu doesn’t taste as good as fried tofu i’ve had before. this food Hall has many other restaurants that could be great options, the atmosphere is amazing. It’s super clean and definitely a place to check out. I would just skip on the ramen.

Very disappointed that they changed there menu. First time I visited it was amazing fresh ingredients my dish had chili peppers kimchi and a boiled egg. Unfortunately it looks like they chose the cheap route frozen carrots no more boiled egg and the pork was little squares of fat. Wish they kept there original menu. First time I went here they had the longest line. This time there was no one in line that should of been a sign. If you want a good ramen I suggest going to the mall. On a positive note customer service was great.

Got the Gnarly Gnosh Tots - ate them so fast and forgot to take a picture. Food was hot, delicious, perfect amount of spice. People behind the counter answered my questions and were very helpful. Vibes are fun!!

Absolutely love everything about Mosh Ramen! They're a whole VIBE and the Food is fantastic! This ain't your regular Top Ramen; it's a whole meal with SO much food! I loved that I was able to eat half my bowl one day and the other half the next day and it was even BETTER the next day!!! Oh and the dumpling sauce...oh my... I'm salivating just thinking about it. I plan to keep coming back and trying different things but so far VERY good!

From an asian's POV who has tried legit ramen from trained chefs. their Ramen was weirdly sour, noodles where soggy, ingredients portion was all over the place from noodles to corn. Dumplings were cold and dumpling sauce wasn't good either. Probably should look up how ramen broth is actually made or how ramen in general is made. Was expecting a lot from Mosh Ramen so Pueblo can have decent ramen for once but this place was no different. But I'm sure they can take criticism pretty well and improve their products. We would love to have some good ramen around here.

I’m not a fan of traditional ramen- that is to say that IF I do decide to eat ramen, I have to customize it to my liking. I didn’t order from Mosh Ramen, but my wife did. She ordered dumplings and the Korean BBQ ramen. The few bites I managed to take made me WISH I had ordered Mosh Ramen instead. Next time at Fuel & Iron, that’s my first stop!

Not good for me and my family And way overpriced!!!I failed to notice the bbq vegetables It seemed to me to consisted of canned peas, chewy corn, and carrot flakes and two overcooked pieces of baby bok choy. The noodles were not fresh they were gummy And my broth was barley lukewarm. To top it off There is so much MSG in it that I feel like I could drink a swimming pool of spring water all while having a headacheIt looked NOtHINg like the pictures they are advertising their food for.The building is a cool concept. This is my second time tying food. I like the vibe of the place. But I’m done trying the food any more

For $16.00 I got a bowl of undercooked noodles with tofu like leather. The vegetables were just your regular frozen mixed vegetables. ? Disappointed ?
