Terrible, terrible service rude workers, paid for extra sauce and never received it on the side or on the 3 pizzas I bought. Literally stayed in the store before they made my pizza to make sure they would add extra sauce since I couldn’t do it on the app and they still didn’t provide. Figures it’s typical Pueblo service but at least Dominos listens!

Almost an hour for pizza to arrive cold. Called store and was given excuses about being short drivers, etc… not my issue.
I wanted a refund, but they only offered to make pizza again and send out, but it’d be another hour. No thanks

No Onions because of the Onion scare going around. I asked for extra cheese and was charged. Thought perhaps they would replace the missing onions with the extra cheese....nope. The price of a Medium Supreme Pizza with extra cheese was over $27.00. Will be looking elsewhere. I did mention the price and was told prices were going up everywhere! I will be checking that statement out the next time we have a craving for Pizza.

They messed up my order, that was put in correctly, When I called the manager on at the time told us that she couldnt fix it and that it was on us. THEY GAVE ME FOOD I AM ALLERGIC TO!!! Never want to order from there again!

Tyler is the reason for this 5 star review. My girlfriend and I walked in and placed our order then waited in the parking lot for our pizza. The pizza we got had mushrooms instead of onions and when I brought the pizza back in to show him he apologized and wanted to make it right. Tyler gave me 2 options which neither worked for me so he thought outside the box to make it right. I left without feeling ripped off because Tyler is good at his job and without a doubt deserves a significant raise. Keeping good employees like Tyler happy should be the aim of anyone in upper management.

This place is always a disappointment. It seems like they used the entire seasoning bottle on the pizza. I tried one slice and it’s like eating dirt. You can tell that this is too much and to serve this should be a crime.

Ordered delivery but didn’t recieve an item. Called in only to be answered by someone who had know idea what to do and kept having to ask her associate on what to do. I was told they would give me store credit but failed to mention that it was only good for 30 days. I then tried to get my money back and they told me that I already made my choice and had no other options. She then became very rude and had an attitude and said she was too busy to deal with me and hung up on me. Will never be going back to Pizza Hut again.

So I have been placing orders with this Pizza Hut for over 3 years. Now and I had never had a complaint until today . Jose short Mexican man that said he was the manager needs better training in speaking and how to not be a liar . So Friday I tried to place an order online and the order was for after 5 pm but it put for lunch so I called to tell them what was going on the tall white man that always has a smile is the one who answered he tells me that they tried to call but didn’t have the correct number so he proceds to tell me that we will put in a new order I say ok he takes my card info and it declined so that I tell him let me call the bank to see what was going on he says ok . Fast forward to today I place an order for 15 dollars online than when I show up for pick up Jose says he has no order and that I can place a new order I told him I have no time for that now and could he explain why the app said my pizza was ready he said he didn’t know and that that was all he had to say. I call the -800 Pizza Hut and they proved to tell me Jose is the one who cancelled my order . So first he lied to my face and than when confronted about why he lied about the app he couldn’t speak English all of a sudden . Sad that he has so little such horrible training and the go to for him is to lie to a customers face than again this is pueblo .
