No change for $100 bill $20 for a medium pizza these people are a joke go somewhere else.

We had a veggie and a meat lovers. It didn't taste bad but this morning my wife and I are bleeding profusely from our abuses. The only thing we have eaten is pizza hut in the past 36 plus hours. Its as if there's glass or something in the pizza. Just praying it doesn't get worse and have to go to a hospital

Placed an order online on the app and I forgot to add ranch cup so I called this store’s number hoping to see if I could get some kind of adjustment made. Literally just sat on hold for over 15 minutes. My DoorDash driver even made it a point to tell me to just go ahead and hang up because she could tell they were not answering the phone as it was just ringing inside the store while she was there.
Terrible service, I understand being busy, but to just straight up Ignore your customers calling, is ridiculous.

Delivery was on time but my order was wrong they only delivered 3 items outa the 4 items I ordered and now they are refusing my calls I do not recommend ordering from this location pick up would be safer this is not the first time

Ordered a pizza was told 40 min I call an hour and 40 min later and was told all the orders were canceled because of a rain storm, because their electricity went out ok cool but why weren't we informed about it when electricity came back on? I paid with a card over the phone had to give them my number when I ordered but they couldn't let us know???? Not good business.
By far the worst management and staff. I was at my boyfriends and decided to order pizza online for delivery, there webpage was having issues at check out and didn’t process my card for payment it reloaded the page and had cleared my card info but everything remained in my cart so I didn’t bother to recheck and just entered my info again, our pizza got delivered but when it arrived it was the wrong pizza so I called to speak to someone they said I would have to bring it in and pick up the new one, for someone reason the system changed it from a pepperoni to a cheese ok no big deal but I ordered deep dish which my receipt states but their the ones that messed up and made a regular style crust the girl who answered the phone was rude and not helpful very snotty response, I paid extra for the delivery fees and driver tip but they messed up why should I have to go pick up the correct one. Then on a separate occasion my boyfriend ordered a pizza and right after he clocked submit he called because he accidentally made a crust selection wrong so he called to ask for it to be changed they blatantly refused and so he asked to speak to a manger and the smart mouthed girl said he’s busy ya got me what’s up! Thats no way to talk to a customer. I called the next day to speak to the manger and he basically defends the staff, definitely poor leadership and serious lack of training , no efforts were made by this Pizza Hut to provide customer service, rectify and take any accountability for mistakes made on their end. If I were starving and this were the only place that were open, I’d rather starve than to hand over my hard earned money to a company that hires and condones disrespectful conduct with the public consumer!! I’ll take the Di Giorno not your delivery! 👋

Call wouldn't answer phone 3 time I tried
I came in 7/7 at 10:15 waited about 5 minutes til someone showed up to the front then the person making pizzas(blonde older lady) she didn't have gloves and was even eating the toppings. Really disgusting tbh.
EDIT: 6.29.25 - Connie, the market area director of operations gave me a call and told me that the staff handled the situation improperly and she would discuss with them. She thought the manager called me but whoever called said the manager told them to call. Anyway, they wanted up front payment because I told them to park in the parking lot behind the dumpster...So they wouldn't think to come in the alley since my directions say back... The problem is, and Connie brought this up, was that they never bothered to tell me why they were trying to insist on a card payment. They just forced it then said to drive in if I wanted to prepay. When I said I would have just came in, they didn't care and just repeated I had to pay in advance. Connie said that was an inappropriate response and the situation could have been handled if they just said the issue because I could have explained the directions were to make them safer, and again, I would have sent a picture of what I was explaining. She wants me to give them another shot so I will the next time we want pizza. Seriously though, she's right, explain the problem.

I have 28.85 set out for a 28.84 order and was getting together a tip, plus was going to ask the driver if they have cashapp so i could send them more of a tip. I literally pulled all my money off my debit cards yesterday for a bill and have some left that i was using for dinner, my car is broken and in storage and I was buying delivery for cash. I will order Domino's now. But they called me and said I have to pay in advance on the phone, well you can't do that with cash. Then they said to bring it. If I had a way to get there, I wouldn't be having you stupid people deliver it. Because this is stupid. Yup. And I'd say it to the manager's face. What are they 12 years old and have no business experience? I offered to send a photo, which I have, of the cash literally laid out. They lost a potential long-term, high volume customer who just moved to town in March.
This is unacceptable and discriminatory and is a big problem. I will be calling corporate to report this issue tomorrow when they are open. If I would have seen the reviews before I ordered, I probably wouldn't have but they lost out on orders for cash which i sometimes do a lot after having extra money after budget spent. SMH Do better. I grew up loving Pizza Hut, super supreme pan pizza and the salad bar was a wonderful time in my childhood, my first job was at Pizza Hut. I hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in probably 20 years. Ordered the other night because my 6 yo asked to try it. All 4 kids absolutely loved it. I ordered more for lunch the next day. It’s their new favorite pizza.
The staff was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the food was well prepared and tasted great. There was little to no wait. It was a great experience both time. Hats off to the staff.
