Ordered in the app and picked up food at the store. 1 meal was fine, however the shrimp meal was so overcooked it was inedible. Also cashed in rewards for 6pc boneless wings. They were also so overcooked you can not eat. Reached out to Popeyes, they responded 3 days later saying they had to have pictures or nothing they can do. Who keeps bad food for over 3 days - in case Popeyes wants a picture. RIDICULOUS!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Popeyes Store #10370. I placed a pickup order and didn't discover the issues until I got home. The chicken was severely overcooked, dry, and barely edible. Even worse, I found a staple in one of the pieces of chicken.

Finding a metal staple in food is a serious safety hazard and completely inexcusable. This goes far beyond poor food quality—someone could have been seriously injured. The fact that a foreign object made it into a customer's meal raises major concerns about food safety practices and quality control at this location.

After discovering the staple, I called the store and spoke with the manager. His solution was for me to bring the chicken back. I explained that I did not want replacement chicken—I wanted a refund for the unsafe and inedible food I had received. The manager told me he could not issue a refund and that I would need to submit a claim through the Popeyes app in order to request one. For a situation involving a food safety hazard, forcing a customer to go through an app-based claims process instead of addressing the issue directly was frustrating and disappointing.

When I asked for the corporate phone number, a cashier told me that Popeyes does not have a corporate office and could not provide me with a number. This only added to the confusion and frustration, especially considering the seriousness of finding a staple in my food.

While searching online for contact information, I took a look at the reviews for this location and was not surprised to find a long history of complaints from other customers. What stood out even more was that many of the negative reviews appeared to receive the same generic, copy-and-paste responses with no meaningful acknowledgment of the issues and no indication that any corrective action had been taken. Based on the continued pattern of complaints, it seems clear that customer concerns are being brushed aside rather than genuinely addressed.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. I have lived down the block from this location for six years, and I cannot recall a single truly positive experience here during that time. The restaurant consistently appears poorly managed, and customer service is often unprofessional. The store is largely staffed by teenage boys who frequently display poor attitudes toward customers, and interactions often feel dismissive, indifferent, or outright rude.

The overcooked food was bad enough, but finding a staple in my chicken and then receiving no meaningful assistance from management was the final straw. Between the food safety issue, the refusal to handle a refund directly, the confusion surrounding corporate contact information, and the apparent lack of concern for customer complaints, this location has demonstrated a complete failure in both customer service and accountability.

This restaurant needs immediate improvements in food safety, management oversight, and customer service. Based on my experience and the pattern of complaints from other customers, I cannot recommend Popeyes Store #10370 to anyone.

I visited your drive-thru and ordered two chicken sandwiches, but my order was completely incorrect. Additionally, the cashier was extremely rude, and I was only given half of a side. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Food, drinks and specialty items are all garbage. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray animal or the homeless it’s so bad. Biscuits and mashed potatoes were old not sure if it’s by hours or days but you can taste dust it’s accumulated sitting all day. Worst food I’ve had is recent and distant memory.
