First off I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I came here and everything from the guy that took our order to our food was perfect. The guy gave us everything we wanted is very helpful. We got the 12 piece chicken, red beans and rice and the pickles everything was really good no disappointment here maybe it’s the time I went. I don’t know why everybody seems to be so unhappy but my experience was good

Stopped in specifically for their red beans and rice and their mashed potatoes and gravy. I wanted a chicken wrap but the guy said you could get it in the meal only. Went to sit down and saw an ad on the window you could buy one separately. Went back up and pointed it out and he copped an attitude like I was putting him out to order one. Score for me, I got one.

In my order I asked for macaroni and cheese as a side dish. It tasted like it had been out of the warmer and back in the warmer multiple times so I took it back up to the clerk who promptly exchanged it with absolutely no problems whatsoever. He was very polite and respectful and did not give me even a strange look let alone a hard time for getting a different food item. The store was very clean and everybody was well-mannered and respectful. Also right before we ordered they were in the middle of a what look like a very very large order that came in and even though that order was being taken care of we were still served swiftly and politely. I'm very proud of your young staff at this store.

Chicken was dry, mashed potatoes didn't have hardly any gravy so they were dry, biscuits were drenched in butter. Did call and complain. They said go back with receipt and they would replace the meal and make sure everything is fresh.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. I went through drive thru where the employee was extremely impatient. Didn’t give me anytime to finish my order. Then when I drove to the window to pay and get my food. No greeting just told me my total I gave him my card I wasn’t given a receipt he seemed more interested in talking to the coworker than he did in helping me. We drove home just to find out chicken was extremely old and cold. The biscuit they gave us were so doughy on the inside. Just a waste of money!

Placed an online order for a family meal. 2 cars in the drive though and 2 ppl in the lobby. Had to wait for 10 min even before anyone checked to see what I needed. Food was dry and cold . Only went there because our Grandmother likes Popeyes. Last time, KFC from now on. Oh and the chicken strips are sooooooo small they look like shrimp.

good chicken sandwich if not great but the worst customer service you will find anywhere by far, manager should be fired there is nothing keeping that place together. would rate service in negatives if possible and this is coming from someone who loves popeyes sandwich’s.
Restaurant is supposed to close at 1am. It's 10pm and the store turned off all online ordering and refuses to answer the phone. I called the other location and was informed this is common for this location and they get a ton of calls from people wondering what's going on. I would love to speak with the franchise owner for this location because obviously your mangers are aware and active in this.

Came in at 1:30pm on a Friday. Place was SLAMMED. Looked like 2 people working in the back and one guy working drive thru and the front register. That guy was super efficient, not getting flustered, and handled the rush great. Didn't even mind waiting 5 min for a pick up order seeing what they were dealing with. Well done dude.
