Shakes are never mixed right, I understand it's very busy but some if the staff looks like they are just standing around talking while the ones who are working are busting their butts to get stuff done(maybe why shakes are not mixed right) Food isn't too bad but when we pay for the shakes and they are not mixed right it ruins the whole sonic name! I did call the number on receipt and was told I could get a medium shake if I download the app but I paid for a medium and a large....read full review
