Sending some love to this location. Been coming here for many years. Has always been a good experience. Great staff, great service, coffee is always good and right. Always very clean and presentable. That goes a long way. They definitely rise above the mediocre service I typically experience at other chain establishments in Pueblo.

I frequently visit this location and usually everything goes wonderful; staff is friendly and respectful and the drinks are usually made right.. today the girl at the drive thru window with the piercing between her eyebrows rushed me when taking my order and then proceeded to be rude and unprofessional.. then to top it off she hands me one drink with caramel and whipped cream over flowing from the cup and the second drink was not made right.. if you're being charged for adding toppings in your drink you expect to get them in your drink..

I think this a great place, but when I place my order online it seems to not be taken serious or I think they are way to busy they just don't care, I put light ice and they seem to fill the ice to the rim can barley get my straw in the cup, happens to be all ice and no drink!

This location is usually very busy and the seasoned staff is friendly and efficient. It's my home base Starbucks. I am mystified as to why they can't keep plastic forks on hand for egg bites. This happens all the time lately and for days on end. I feel dumb eating egg bites with a spoon and I know they get delivery trucks two or three times a week! And If that doesn't work, how about a trip to the dollar store or Walmart to buy a box of forks?

I have always had positive experiences at this location it’s my favorite one to go to.Today I went and placed drive thru mobile order but went inside instead to pick up a birthday gift and one of the employees really stood out. He was so friendly and had great customer service. I wish I gotten his name but he will knows exactly who he is. He really set my day to a positive note and I think positive customer service experience in the mornings is so so important as it really does set everyone’s day. So I just want to say a huge thank you to him and to all the others too they welcomed me in. But I wish I could do something extra for him I paid with card so I was able to tip but I feel like it wasn’t enough. I hope he gets praised for his energetic friendliness.

There is an individual at the drive thru taking my order that was a complete witch responses such as “what?!” “What else?” With anything i said. Got 2/4 correct on my order. Was just all in all a horrible experience with the individual.

Updating my review from 5 years ago, which was a 5 star review because this location used to be amazing. Now, all they do is complain about their customers. I just got a lecture when I pulled up to the speaker box at the exact time the order was supposed to be ready per the app. Whoever was on the speaker said, “Okay it looks like I just got that a few minutes ago and it usually does take 5-10 minutes to make those but I’ll try to have them done when you get up here.” It was an iced tea and a cold brew and it had already been 5 minutes. There were several cars in front of me. When I tried speaking with the supervisor on duty, she was very rude as well so I gave up and called Starbucks customer service. We have also gotten complaints when picking up multiple drinks. We are never rude or impatient in any way and there is no reason for this behavior. I have a small business and I appreciate my customers, especially my repeat customers. I cannot fathom complaining about people who give me business as if I’m doing them a favor.
