Kinda typical Starbucks, but struggling with attentive, able employees on a Sunday morning with the usual hoppin' drive-thru. The store general manager seemed to be pretty obtuse and just pluggin' away while the staff struggled. The next in-line/in-charge was really good, albeit slow due to lacking staff (she was doing it all, cooking, taking orders, tending machines. Amazing.). They all pulled it together in the end with the best cup of plain dark roast coffee ever....
The employees were very thoughtful and caring at this location and we had a big group with us today. They noticed we were visiting from a hospital visit and made things more comfortable and made my family’s night that much better
Just having a rough day with doctors appointments and came in for a quick coffee. The guy at the register picked up how bad my day was and gave me a coffee on him. To have someone there who is empathetic and generous is amazing ❤️ he has glasses and braids, I wish I knew his name
