Staff was nice enough. Way overpriced at $6 for a medium standard hot caramel macchiato with no extras. Maybe I have bad luck but I've never had consistent experiences, my drinks are never the same it always varies each time. I try not to get trapped in the drive thru but can easily wait 15 minutes inside. Pickup is awkward as people are clustered around the area waiting for their drinks and it's hard to not be in the way. I find it a much better value to just buy their coffee at the grocery store and make it at home. Saves money and provides a much more consistent experience.

I stopped at this location before work and the coffee is amazing. However the girl working there with the green hair is extremely rude. She doesnt smile, she does say thank you. Nothing. She is not polite and it ruins the whole experience. Her face shows that she hates her job.

Messed up me and my mom's order. Gave us someone else's order, so they probably messed up two orders. Definitely better coffee options in town.

Super sad that it’s not often possible to get the coffee I ordered: Grande Ice Latte, 6 shots of espresso, 12 pumps of Brown Sugar- sounds simple (and maybe like a heart attack waiting to happen, but it’s my ultimate happy place in this world) and too often I leave brokenhearted (even after a second attempt at making it).
