First time here. Sadly, they had sold out of the oysters and gumbo. But that's okay, I enjoyed a wonderful tasty oyster po boy. That oyster was super creamy and delicious. Super friendly people and always a good atmosphere. Priced extremely fair.

Poboy was ok, I've had worse. Chips were portioned small for $4. The reason I won't be back was the Cream of Mushroom soup, their soup de jour. It was luke warm, and and the mushrooms were minced, like it was put thru a processor and applied so heavy that it had the texture of a porridge. The cream if there was any tasted more watery than creamy. It was very bland. Not impressed at all.The order taker was hard to hear over the speakers, but she was was smiling while doing her job.

The beef po’ boy was so dry and the bread pudding was just overall terrible, especially the sauce.

Best poboy since I moved from Louisiana 9 years agoWheeee 100%They use some legit bread at this placeGo try them
Not actual Cajun food!Had the roast beef sandwich with chips, it was a dry sandwich and the chips had way to much seasoning. I ate part of the sandwich before I realized that beef had a shimmery green color to it praying I don't get food poisoning.17 dollars with tax.The service was fine. The ambiance was ok. Several food shops in the same building and not enough seating. If there is only two of you, you would able to find seating.

Food is amazing and filling! Don’t forget shareable! The soups are always a quick grab lunch with many different soup du jours to try during the week. I also love the salads. I got a salad with fried shrimp last week, had brunch this week, amazing French toast. Take my money any day this place is a must try! My boyfriend and I found our new spot for deep fried pickles, hands down the best!

I got the shrimp po boy. The chips were good. The shrimp used in the sandwich was good, too. I just thought it was a little too much bread. I’d recommend getting thinner rolls and I would definitely come back. Not perfect but far from horrible. Good job.

Steel Crescent Kitchen is located inside, Fuel and Iron, Pueblos newest food hall. The theme is Cajun-inspired sandwiches and fresh salads. The day we went there, they were serving cheesy shrimp and grits and waffle for their Sunday brunch. Our party ordered the grits, shrimp poboy and a catfish poboy. The shrimp and grits was amazing....seriously! It was served with fresh spinach and Cajun shrimp. My catfish PoBoy was SOOOOO delicious as well. Loved the fresh bread and the homemade chips seasoned with Cajun pepper and salt. I met the owner and chef Ed and can tell he puts a lot of heart into each of the meals. He came by our table and asked how we liked everything. A must stop if you're in Fuel and Iron.
Great food and people, thank you, we will be back ?
