This was a really good meal! My husband didn't care for the salad because it was spring mix and he prefers iceberg. I loved the salad--crisp greens with cucumber and tomato, great house dressing, and optional blue cheese crumbles. It came with warm, tasty garlic bread. My hubs had the Friday/Saturday night special offering: prime rib. A generous portion, it looked delicious and he said it was. Served with seasonal vegetables--baby carrots and mushroom, luckily I got his shrooms...
Came down from Denver and asked the grand daughter to fine a place with steaks, that would be associated only with Pueblo, and she did. Nice steaks, nice price and very nice service. I had the NY with gorganzola(medium rare) and it was perfect. Shrimp cocktail was nice and the Old Fashion was very good. Now if they could only find a way to work in some Pueble chilies into there menu.
One of the best local restaurants in Pueblo. Our food is always great, but the service is what keeps us coming back. Best place for a Friday night date, dinner with friends and perfect for celebrations. Highly recommend!
