Subway in Pueblo

“Good food, the gut helping make the sandwiches was definitely new.

Parking: Free parking area not very big though maybe 4-5 parking spots

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly for the most part, has music playing in the lobby“

“We stopped in on our way back to Texas. Lauren took care of our order, and she couldn't have been nicer! Efficient, very pleasant, service with a smile and genuine. The grey haired lady assisted with our order towards the end as well, but I didn't catch her name. The customer service alone from these 2 ladies would bring me back here on our return trips back to Colorado. These ladies need to be recognized for their hospitality, which is still valued in our book.“

“Yes I went to the Walmart Subway on Northern and Pueblo boulevard. I ordered the tuna sandwich it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I could barely find any tuna fish on the sandwich and barely any vegetables it was like eating an empty sandwich roll with mayonnaise“

“So Google does not match the store hours they close at 8:00 not 9:00 on Sunday and I arrived at 7:48 6-29-25 I'm not the only person there there is a line of people and they close in 12 minutes. There's two employees at and not once did they lose their cool or show their frustration at getting a nice little rush right before closing, which is something that typically happens when you go to a food business right at closing. The teamwork and communication skills they have going on was amazing. I was the last person in line and I got my food at 8:05 not once did anyone get rushed, they work together very efficiently and getting all of us out of there. I will be submitting a time change to google so this doesnt happen again.“

“First off I want to start with this place was amazing but what was the most amazing part was my experience with a young lady named Jasmine i went there around 8 30ish just me and my son who has special needs she greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome we didnt know what we wanted so we looked through the different choices she was patient and helpful we are not from pueblo we were just passing through i had told her what I wanted and normally I ordered my son's food because he is autistic and nonverbal but before I could get to that part she looked at my son and asked him what he was feeling like my friend now to most this may not be special but I have never been somewhere that they ask my son what he wants my son is 29 and cant speak but jasmine did not put that against him she look to me and said I have the the time and I would love to get what he wants right and that put a tear in my eye ive been having the most hard year of my life and for someone to look at my son with hope and passion took me away my son pointed to everything he wanted things ive never put on his sandwich and he loved it she talked to me and my son and she waited for the little noises he would make she seemed to understand my son in the fullest ways this company is blessed to have a amazing soul like hers and I hope if this message ever gets to her I hope she know how great she made me and my son feel and I would gladly drive back down there just to have another conversation with her thank you jasmine!“

“I don't normally do positive reviews. Usually I only review if I'm unhappy. However, the woman that help my girlfriend and I today deserves recognition. We were confused about the deals on the app and struggled to make an order. She assisted us through the process kindly and professionally. I left with both our perfectly made sandwiches and a smile. “I just went today September 12 I went through the drive-through because my kids were asleep usually I go in store but I had to choose a drive-through location cause I had my two small children with me. Customer service was great. The lady that took my order was really friendly, but I had to leave a review because my sandwich was so delicious. I told her to put a lot of mayo on there. I like my sandwiches really saucy and she did just that for me it was the best sandwich that I’ve had in a while. I wanted to personally think her, but I called the location and I don’t think the phone worked, but I’m leaving this review for her not sure her name but thank you so much. You made my night.
