Perfect remodel of a downtown space IMO. I've spent my life doing interior finishes as a contractor so I notice such things. It has the feel of a mountain bar with rough sawn cedar used as 65% of the wall and ceilings which lends warmth to the space. They left some exposed brick but did not over do it. Twin Elks Bar and Grill is an excellent place to hang out and relax with your friends or to do karaoke. I know this place has had its issues in its past, but this place is super clean, has the best bartenders, and is overall just a great place to land when you wan to drink with your pals!

I've been to Twin Elk's bar about 15 times..more than half of the visits there were fights, drama, and/or truly questionable patrons. One guy got punched out and wasn't even causing problems.. if you're looking for drama and problems .. maybe this is the bar for you. If you are looking for a relaxing drink and good conversation.. I would go elsewhere. Not a responsible adult crowd here.
