The food was delicious. I had the blue cheese burger. Best Burger I’ve had in a while, and the french fries were the bomb. The place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere to it when you walked in. Next time we are in Ouray, we will make another visit to the FullTilt Saloon.

Great place to stop by for a quick bite after an activity. The service was very personalized and the owner was lovely to speak with. Hoping to visit the place again.
Loved the Fried Chicken Burger.
P.S: it might get cranky. take it slow and easy. 😉

General overview: our service as well as food was absolutely atrocious and it was genuinely the worst I’ve ever been treated by a server in my entire life. If you are looking for a place to eat I am greatly urging any readers to look elsewhere; there are many different restaurants in Ouray that have amazing food and services.
The service: the server was extremely condescending right off the bat, rolled her eyes at me and made harsh remarks when I wanted two alterations to my meal, had no regard at all for severe shellfish allergy concerns and didn’t check with the chef in case of cross contamination, then was very passive aggressive with remarks when giving us our food and the following check ins.
The food: The wedge salad barely had any bacon whatsoever and the lettuce was wilted and borderline spoiled. The Asian chicken wrap had no flavor, dry chicken, and the side salad was wilted like the wedge salad. The Gouda onion jam burger had stale bread, a very obviously frozen barely-warm patty, and little to no Gouda or onion jam. The turkey soup of the day was lukewarm and had two bones in it that you can see in the attached picture that you can see next to the bowl.
The aftermath: all four of us ended up getting horrible stomach aches, nausea, and I started heaving not long after leaving the restaurant. Again, PLEASE learn from our mistake of not walking out and look for another restaurant. If you want any more info and unmentioned on our experience I will respond.

The food was genuinely awful, I had the chicken wrap which was dry and flavorless and the side salad was just soggy mush. The server never gave us her name and she was quite rude and very dismissive to us, rolling her eyes, making snide remarks at us or even giving us attitude about food allergies. I couldn’t recommend this place less.

1 front house employee for a Thursday in September at 2 pm. The owners need their head examined. Ouray has to be one of the busiest places in the US in September. Hire more help, I promise it will help your business.

Another pleasant surprise in the town of Ouray. We stopped by just for a beer and decided to add a tomato cream soup and chicken strips with fries. The strips were fine – a typical bar snack – but the soup? The soup was absolutely fantastic!
On top of that, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

Mediocre bar food. The chicken has a bit of a spice to it although it does not show that on the menu. The online menu doesn't match up to the menu in the bar.

Looked and tasted like a cafeteria burger. Not worth the cost. Nice setting outside which is what drew us in. Sadly will not be back..

Server was okay. Didn't say much, just walks up to your table did not ask if we would like to get a drink before we order. Its a bar and grill. Just said are you ready. There is no drink menu. Asked about some of the beers the server didn't know anything about them. Ordered a burger was definitely not worth it. Tasted like a McDonald's burger definitely a premade frozen patty. That was over cooked. The frys are way to salty. Will never go back here not even for a drink.
