Humble, but hearty. The guacamole that comes with the chips is the best I've had in some time, as is the limeade. There's a bit of a wait, but you can really tell that the chef is putting his all in these dishes.
The last thing I expected in this small town was a truly authentic Costa Rican. The margaritas were tasty, the ceviche was incredible and the gallo pinto(black beans and rice) was spot on. The service was a little slow, but that only adds to the Pura Vida lifestyle authenticity!
DELICIOUS! Fresh squeezed juice! Unparalleled quality for the area, best burrito I’ve had in years. If you are in the area, definitely make the time to stop by, you won’t regret it.
