What can I say what a hidden gem. Great people , atmosphere, and more importantly amazing pizza. Pizza was not too heavy, with fresh Ingredients and a light crust. If your headed to Nederlands or to Eldora for skiing this is a must stop. Will definitely be back and dog friendly !!
It’s the perfect restaurant. First, it’s the best pizza ever. Second, free to order when you want, leave when you want, no server holding you hostage. Introvert friendly, laid back and quiet. Well done.

What a great surprise to find an authentic pizzeria in such a small town like Rollinsville!I’m from Italy and I was truly surprised by the good taste and the crunchy base of their pizzas. Nice informal atmosphere, just the perfect stop for a dinner on the way back from a hike.I definitely recommend it.
