Nothing bad can be said about this place. The ice cream is the best I’ve ever had anywhere, period! Not as wide of a selection of flavors as a chain place like coldstone, but all of their house flavors are SO good! The location is amazing by the river downtown, and the outdoor seating and ambiance is super cool and relaxing. Despite their sometimes only being one or two people working and the place always being busy because of how good and popular it is, the service is always really good and quick as well. Definitely my favorite place in town. Personally, I recommend the salted caramel peanut butter and/or yellow cake ice cream ?

"I scream, you scream, we all scream for this ice cream!" We stopped off here after dinner and we were not disappointed. The young girls working were friendly and very helpful. We even sampled a few flavors, which is always a nice perk when trying to decide on a flavor. There's a nice selection and we all loved our choices! We even enjoyed sitting around the fire pit (right outside their store), as we ate our ice cream. Highly recommend!

Only place open late. Which is a huge plus for me. Stellar ice cream. Smooth, thick, creamy, very flavorful! I got the oatmeal cookie, a blend between cinnamon toast crunch & oatmeal raisin cookie. Was amazing. Also got vanilla for my Dog. She loved it too! We'll definitely be coming back!

To the employee that was working tonight, 9/6 at 7:30 - you were great at handling that nasty customer who was so rude and unbelievably entitled. You did an awesome job even though you were alone, it was busy, and they yelled. 5 stars to you!! And the ice cream is yummy and my daughter loves that you will serve a cup of toppings without the ice cream. ❤️

Website says that they are open till 900,pm summer hours. We get there at 800pm and they refuse to take our order. 4 couples left without ordering.... That amounted to about $50+ in lost revenue all because their website summer hours are not aligned with actual. Lost our business to another ice cream shop down the street.
Delicious ice cream that's especially great after a day in the river. The staff is friendly and will give you samples. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of flavor options from your standard choices like cookies n cream, chocolate, salted pb cup (that's what I had!) to some less common ones like yellow cake and purple mountains majesty.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had and I say that with complete sincerity ?. Tried their coffee flavor and it was amazing. Tasted like coffee and wasn’t incredibly sweet like most coffee ice creams. It even had espresso chips. Went back the next day I was in town and tried the moose tracks flavor which was also very good. Fast service too and in a great location. Prices were a little high, but not ridiculous.

Thank you for having vegan options. I hope you consider adding more non-dairy flavors (will give that 5th star when you do) ?. The orangesicle and berry are very good and remind me of sherbert.

Wow is all I have to say. This was possibly the best ice cream I've ever had! I came with my family of 5, and all of our ice cream orders came out crazy fast and the ice cream was amazing. My brothers got shakes, my parents and I got waffle cones and we all left happy and full. Not to mention the seating area is adorable and it's right next to the river!

Not ashamed to say we visited Chill twice in our 3-day stay. We tried Moose on the Loose, Salted Peanut Butter Cup, Cookies & Cream, and Malted Mazel Toff. All 4 flavors were fantastic. The place smells delicious, the staff were super friendly, and we got to sit outside and listen to live music on a Friday night. Everything looks absolutely amazing and my only regret is not getting to sample all the flavors or buy a shake or sundae this time around.
