These guys might have the best coffee in town I think! They also have very good pastries. The chocolate crossaint was amazing the Paris something or other is a skip. Very good food and just wonderful presentation. It's a bit pricey here like all other salida restaurants fyi. Next time we're in town this is our first stop for coffee and breakfast. Our party of four stopped in here for cocktails on a Friday night around 6. Luckily there was no wait and they were able to put a table together. I ordered a biscotti old fashioned which was subtlety sweet with the biscotti flavor and tasty. I really enjoyed my husbands tequila palisade peach drink - he's usually not a tequila drinker but everything else in the drink sounded good and it was! Breakfast was fantastic. As a southerner transplanted to Colorado (not Texas y’all i swear) I can attest the gravy was some of the best I’ve had in Colorado with amazing flavor.
