Historic, downtown location, funky faux Far East music/beatnik vibe/worthy cause papered walls sort of place. Seems to have a lot of business. Locally sourced baked goods but my muffin was underwhelming. When I asked what they were pouring, the person at the counter had a real answer- always a good sign. I hade a nice Guatemalan, medium body coffee.
Best coffee in Salida and most surrounding towns! Next level espresso drinks, positive inclusive atmosphere, best juice and golden milk (possibly in all of Colorado) + cool local art!!! What more could you want?¿~ I have had the absolute pleasure of being both a regular customer and seasonal employee at this phenomenal establishment and I can say from the inside and out topo is such an intentionally curated space and experience 🙏 such a gem don't sleep on this spot 🤌
Topo is one of my favorite spots in Salida! One of the only places to find Onyx beans and always delicious treats in the case. They also usually have great options in their fridge to get something for lunch.
