We visited Salida over twelve years ago and stopped by our way to Breckenridge. Based on reviews, we dropped in here for lunch. Our margarita pizza had freshly made ingredients and used a thin, flavorful crust. Our waitress was welcoming and attentive. We’d definitely visit again.
Great options for dairy free and tomatoe free pizza. The salad was fresh and the dressing was very tasty. Definitely worth stopping in. Gluten free crust was decent but eat quickly, get soggy like most gluten free crusts. The calzone looked yummy and something to share or take home for another meal.Vegetarian options: Easy to pick vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free cheese of Goat cheese was good. Tomatoe free sauces. Gluten free crust.

Props to the chefs, these people know how to make a Fettuccine Alfredo. I didn't try the Calzone, but the members of my party who did report they enjoyed it very much. All of us opted for the Cesar Salad, and it was very good. I felt like I had to take off a star as there were a couple staff members that seemed like they could not be bothered.
