Island Vibes, also known as Quincy's, is a long-standing restaurant that has been a family favorite for over 35 years. The prices are reasonable and the service is generally good, although there may be a wait for your food. The menu offers a prix fixe filet mignon on weekdays, which is tender and delicious, served with a salad, bread and butter, and a baked potato for $14.95. On weekends, only prime rib is available, which is wrapped in bacon and cooked to a decent standard. However, the appearance of the bacon has been met with some amusement, with some customers joking that it resembles earlobe or Rocky Mountain Oyster meat.
