O.K., Quincy's has been a go to place for our family for literally 35 plus years, as they have owned property in the area, and the prices were right! But... that being said, this time the service was good, though it took quite some time to get your food, but the food was marginal. It was 'Prime Rib" night, and that was all you could order. The prix fixe menu of filet minon was delicious! It came with a slice of bread and butter, a salad, and a baked potato all for 14.95. The meat was tender and worth far more than the price. It was a cute little bar with a very old, 70s steakhouse vibe. The service was great, and we would definitely go back if we are in Salida again.

Only offer one item, prime rib on weekends, filet mignon on weekdays. Absolutely amazing. Might have a small wait because it’s a popular place! Will definitely come back when we’re in the area!
