Placed an order at 3pm yesterday, to have the order ready to pick up at 5pm. At 4:50pm, I had a call they ran out of gluten free crust, and asked if I still wanted the sandwich and salad.. I said yes, just refund the pizza. We came right at 5, and the sandwich hadn’t even been started. It took 30 min to get the chicken parm sandwich. Came through town last year and had pizza here - it was great. Came back into town today with my wife and went to Pizza Rio with high expectations. I’ve never been treated worse at a restaurant in my life. The guy who was supposed to seat us was apparently having a bad day and decided to take it out on us.
