In the last week, I have eaten here 3 times. I have been very impressed by the food. The flavors and the spices are unexpected from a “food truck”. I’ve only had the large portion meals, but find them filling and the noodles are great. I would recommend this place to everyone… great stuff!!

The Baja Bowl and Spicy Ramen were EXACTLY what the doctor ordered after a long weekend in Crestone. Amazing flavors, great service, and affordable prices. One thing is for sure, the man in the truck knows how to make some mean Ramen! The tantanmen was some of the best ever had, though a little heavy on the oil. This food truck deserves a brick and mortar spot.
