This is one of my favorite food places in town!! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and am never disappointed with the quality of the ramen, and I lived in San Francisco so that’s saying something! Well worth the value. This guy knows how to ramen!
This was truly the best ramen I’ve EVER had and I consider myself a ramen connoisseur ? We had the vegan green goddess and tantanmen and they did not disappoint. The tare in the ramen is to die for and Michael, the owner was so genuine and passionate. Do not sleep on this incredible food truck! Thinking about it every day from Denver :-)

In the last week, I have eaten here 3 times. I have been very impressed by the food. The flavors and the spices are unexpected from a “food truck”. I’ve only had the large portion meals, but find them filling and the noodles are great. I would recommend this place to everyone… great stuff!!
