The food is as good as any Sonic anywhere. But this one is consistently understaffed and sometimes excruciatingly slow. I heard they recently got a change in management, but they missed half of my most recent online order. They did make it right immediately though...
The fella managing today is on point (7- 27-24)t. He deserves a raise and a crisp high-five. I wasnt an easy customer, but he made it happen in a quick way and was very personable. ?
Me and my family stopped here for a late lunch. The man who took our food order was over the top rude. He said “what about your sides and drinks BUD” ?. It was just very rude as my father was patiently explaining to him what to order. The excuse for his crabby attitude was that he has been working since 9am. Like cmon it was 4 hours he has been working. I especially feel bad for the customers at the end of his shift. There were “technical difficulties” with the speakers...
