My girlfriend and I decided to try here on our road trip due to the excellent reviews and uniqueness of the place. The FlaminGo did not disappoint! Fast, awesome food, with excellent and friendly service. Prices are reasonable! I had the chorizo burrito and it did not disappoint!

The flamingo theme was great! And the sausage burritos were huge, hot, and yummy. Great, friendly service too! Just know there is no indoor seating to eat if it’s cold outside.

This place was amazing! The people working was a man and a younger girl (I didn’t catch their names) But they were so nice and fast with my food! I got a chorizo burrito and an order of sausage rolls. SO GOOD. I definitely will be coming back soon. Try this place because it is definitely worth it!!

Stopped on a whim on our way back from Denver to Hesperus. Had some excellent breakfast bowls and sampled the sausage rolls (Holy yum, Batman!) Super personable, great service. We will be back again!!

Please support this very nice person and her business. Each time I come out from Ohio to spend some time hiking in the mountains, I make it a point to stop by here and get some A+ coffee, even if Poncha Springs is out of the way. The muffins and pigs in a blanket are truly delicious. I wish you much success in your business venture, ma’am.
