Friendly staff. The best loaded fries I've ever had. They added pulled pork at my request to the fries. Smoky, flavourful, and delicious!
Stopped by on the way to the sand dunes, and what a great time, food was great, Philly cheesesteak, ice cream was delicious. The owner was such a nice person talking with our family. Thank you.
Stopped on the way back to NM from camping near Gunnison. Food was absolutely delicious. Had the #3 Burger with the bacon and hatch green chile and my girlfriend had the chicken tenders. Both amazing and worth it. The girl at the counter was somewhat standoffish and rude as she slammed shut the ordering window on us a couple of times while we ordered and immediately right after we ordered. All outdoor seating and only has portable bathrooms FYI.

Hunger Junction is a popular stopover restaurant after a long drive, offering huge servings, friendly service, and delicious food. The coleslaw is fresh and crispy, the hoagie roll soft and pillowy, and the seasoned fries are a must-try. Parking is easy in the huge open lot, marked by the ice cream cone sign.
