Definitely the best Thai food I’ve had in Colorado! All fresh and authentic. May have to plan more trips through San Luis just for the food.
this is the best Thai food definitely in the San Luis valley. I'll even go as far and say best Thai food and best green curry in the state. Mrs Rios is a nice little restaurant with Thai and Mexican food. The decor and atmosphere are not what is expected, but really enjoyed. The service is kind and great, and the owner is friendly. The prices have increased, but it is the economy. The price is great for the amount of food. Everything looks and tastes great. It is never too crowded and has a very nice view out the window. It is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. The Thai tea is delicious and extremely healthy. The garlic tofu has the perfect spice. The Wonton soup is very good. The gyozas and cashew chicken are beyond what is expected. The Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and gyoza dumplings are liked. It is the best food in the valley and definitely worth going to over again.
