“This was our 3rd time at Gabriel's. Clearly one of the best restaurants in the Castle Rock area. The food, ambience, etc. is all top notch and I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, a great meal out or even for the bistro with live music!“

“Pro's: 1. Fast service from ordering online, our fresh pie and (mildly) hot wings finished when quoted. 2. The hot wings were freshly made with a surprisingly ? perfect spice if you have any acid reflex (you should be able to handle it just fine). 3. Fast and friendly service up until ppu when I already had paid online...then see below. 4. Absolutely delightful pizza pie, there's was no grease. 5 stars for taste. I wish they offered an extra large and more chewy center pie. It was ? delicious! Con's: 1. It would have been 5 stars if the cashier hadn't looked at me with judgment on what I tipped. It really down graded my experience since I was a first time customer here. Idk if I should bother returning if it's just greed looking at the numbers. It was disrespectful.“

“Absolutely a winner of the first plate club. We had been meaning to try for a while now and finally got the chance. Upon entering, it was a little dark, but honestly I don't mind that. It creates an atmosphere of seclusion at your individual table.The menu is short but robust. Honestly, this kind of quick meal and drink place, but with table service is what I love. Give me a cheese board, but then take it real seriously...YES. We all love lunchables still right? This takes it to a whole new level. We also got the meatballs which were a nice compliment to the "Table Board." And of course the wine list rounds everything out.Then you have the service. Let me tell you, Elise is the kind of server that makes going out so enjoyable. Jovial, attentive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. An all around great human being.The cherry on the top was honestly that the pricing was reasonable. Everything's more expensive and we are not complaining about any of that. But comparatively for the type of food we're getting, we felt like this was a very reasonable price and exactly what we were looking to pay.My partner and I both agree that we need to come back and start eating our way through the menu. “Random Tuesday evening got a table right away. Bacon Blues salad was great! Plenty of bacon. Wings with their House smoke and spice sauce, we should have got the 10 count. The sauce is amazing! 4H pizza you won’t be disappointed. If Brecklynd is your server you are in luck! Also should add, my wife is gluten free and their crust is amazing!Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is amazing and I’m not even vegetarianDietary restrictions: Great gluten free crust!“

“Googled best restaurants in Castle Rock and this one came up. We had fried mushrooms and garlic bread for an appetizer and they were delicious. My brother and sister-in-law had the chicken marsala and they said it was absolutely delicious too. I had the penne pasta vodka with meatballs and talk about a huge serving! I was able to take enough home for two more meals. Oh, and it was fabulous! We were totally impressed with the food and the service! They got a calzone to go to and it was huge! Highly recommend and we will be back!Parking: It was a bit hard to find as there was not a large sign up high, only the sign on the door.“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“One of my favorite pizza spots in town and my friend’s favorite when he comes to visit (Italian restaurant owner from GA). They use tipo 00 flour which doesn’t bother a lot of people with gluten issues (they have a gluten free pizza too) and they have buffalo mozzarella as an option too (which also doesn’t bother a lot of people with dairy issues). Great pizza overall regardless what issues or not you have ?.“

“I ordered the Italian, it was good. My son ordered the Meatball sub. It came with 4 big meatballs. My only complaint was that the bread was hard. We ate kind of late so the bread was probably not as fresh as it would be for lunch. The gentleman behind the register was super nice and answered all of our questions. “Good pizza and wings. The pizza dough says alot about the pizza, theirs is freshly made, soft, perfectly flavored and is balanced out well with the toppings and the sauce. The wings are really good, not fat, but cooked to a nice crunch and tossed in a good Buffalo sauce. Would recommend coming for lunch as $10 for their lunch special is worth it.“

“Food is always delicious! The pizzas are really good and remind me of a pizza I had while on vacation in Northern Italy. The service is consistently good. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we especially enjoy sitting on the patio during the summer.“
