“Everything was absolutely amazing. Food, table service, as well as host/hostess service. The only complaint we have is that the chicken sandwhiches are way too tall. I would insert an inappropriate joke here, but then somebody would get butt hurt. Other than that, WONDERFUL experience. Had no wait time on a rather busy night. Appetizers came out quickly, and food before we could finish the appetizers. Didn't feel rushed at all. We will definitely be going back here next date night.“

“Excellent location. After leaving the one in aurora after receiving rude and nasty comments from the cashiers we came to this location to eat instead. They didn't need to talk to my child for their age, didn't even ask her age. Much cleaner and overall better location, it's not jam packed with people, the cashiers wete polite and very nice, the waiter that we had was excellent and very attentive. And the manager was very nice and it was nice to see him helping seat people and walking around checking on everyone. We will be driving the 30 minutes from home to this location from now on out.“

“5 stars for manager Skylar. I had an issue at another location where my order was canceled because they decided to close early and we're celebrating as they were locking up early. Then the next day they were dodging all phone calls so I called the next closest location for advice on how to move forward and he was fantastic. Thank you!“

“I love Steak 'n Shake! Best steak burger out there. They cook their fries in beef tallow! You can buy jars of beef tallow as well. So much better than the Freddy's!

The service was attentive and friendly without ever feeling rushed, making the evening both comfortable and relaxed.
