We had an amazing meal at Miner’s Claim! We started with a happy hour and apps then split an amazing 18 oz steak followed by a scrumptious cheesecake. Julie, our server, was incredible, attentive and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Initially, we were deciding between eating out in Aspen or Silt. We were so glad with our choice. 10 out of 10. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to going back soon!

Came here with daughter who recommended it. Building is newer but appears to be older. Very cool. Jennifer was our waitress who was very friendly and helpful. I had Bistro Steak, wife and daughter had salads. We were all happy with our food taste and quality.
