Incredible quality!! Today was my fourth time returning to La Escondida. Byron and the BOH staff never disappoint. What I really enjoy is the limited menu focusing on what they do best, Tacos, Tortas, and of course the bakery. Quality over quantity and lots of love in this cooking. Try it you won't be dissatisfied.
I love this Bakery!! A true hidden gem in a part of Silverthorne I didn't even know existed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make everything right in front of you. I could honestly just stand there all day and watch them make these treats. I've bought a lot of different items to try. My in-laws are all from Mexico and Spain, so some of the items look familiar, but I'll be honest, I just buy things for the adventure of trying something new. I've not been
