Momotombo is a wonderful hole-in-the-wall Nicaraguan taco joint located inside a thrift store door, right between Keystone and Breckenridge. The food is straightforward, lightly seasoned, incredibly delicioso, fresh, and made to order. Dishes like the lengua and beef cheek taco, Carne asada mixta, Quesabirria Tacos, Tacos al Pastor, Tacos Chiccharon, Menudo, and the carne asada burrito are all highly recommended. The staff is very nice, patient, and helpful, happy to accommodate any customization. It is an authentic and tasty spot for a delicious and filling meal after a long ski day.
