I wanted to commend the franchise owner, Joe, for his commitment to quality customer service and how his employees are fortunate to have such a caring and empathetic leader to show them how they can improve their skills and show what real great customer service is. The employees at the Silverthorn location were all so kind and helpful and shout out to Joe for having a great team there.
Which Wich is a great choice for a grab and go fresh made-to-order sub sandwich! I love that they have wheat bread available at no additional charge and appreciate the convenient ordering system comprised of checking boxes on a small sub sized paper bag, so there's no confusion. Ruby took my order and she was so kind and professional. Service was fast and food was tasty!
Fist time at Which Wich was alright. The food was decent but a little over priced. I did enjoy the novelty of placing my order but that didn’t help the staff from missing things in my sub that I paid for. They did give me my items after I requested them but still not a great first impression.
