“We recently ate at the Lacey Rose in Silverton, Colorado. We were looking for a restaurant that is Celiac-Friendly. We were able to have a delicious meal with fries included! YES, they have a GF dedicated fryer and a dedicated prep area! It may not mean much to most, but if you have Celiac Disease, it means a day free from belly pain! We were able to take Cinnamon Pass over the mountain after eating our delicious lunch at the Lacey Rose, while enjoying the live music by Lacey, herself!“
