I wish I could give zero stars. I paid $50.00 for 2 old rubbery eggs sandwiches and two lattes. $50.00. Every other restaurant we found in Aspen was exceptional. This was exceptional too, but exceptionally bad. And the most ridiculously expensive terrible meal I’ve ever had.
False advertisement, came here to get one of their fancy croissants they have portrayed on line and they have nothing!! Just some pitiful cookies!!! How hard is it for the 3 useless employees that are standing there to make a croissant????

The "V" on Cafe V is for very disappointing. A pantry on any holiday inn hotel would be better stocked. This is Vice Roy, you pay $1,000 and up for a room per day, you could expect the cafe employees to know how to run it and keep it stocked with food and coffee.I am guessing no level of money in the world can buy brains and as long we continue paying the premium price tag without complaining, vice roy will ride the name and offer substandard service.
