The chorizo burrito was huge and tasted fine, but surprisingly bland. It came with a small to-go container of salsa that helped the flavor. It was quite large, so if you like big portions, it will be good for you and, considering the portion size, the price was fine. I also ordered a chai latte. Their menu said it was a house-made chai so I was really looking forward to discovering what theirs was like. It was disappointing as it tasted like a flat white with a dash of nutmeg...
We’re visiting snowmass and we have been here every day for the last three straight days lol. It’s no secret that snowmass/Aspen food and drink can get pricey so it’s nice to have a casual, affordable place to get a quick breakfast or lunch and a FANTASTIC coffee! Best coffee in the area by far, the iced caramel latte with oat milk is heaven! The workers have been nothing but kind and helpful and music is always playing giving a great vibe and they make wonderful food!...

Fuel Cafe is a gem! The food was fresh and flavorful—I loved the California Burrito. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Perfect for starting the day on a high note. Highly recommend! Great option around the mountain if you want something fresh and fast. Totally recommend this place.
