“We love Snowmass in the off season. Toro and its prix fixe special did not disappoint. The sushi rolls (suviche) were unexpected in a latin restaurant, creative, fresh and crisp. The lobster wonton roll was our favorite. I regret I don't remember our server's name. She was Peruvian. She was lovely - very kind and attentive. The only thing we didn't love was how close we were to the table next to us. It felt like the gentleman seated there was uncomfortably having to listen to our conversation. If the restaurant had been full and busy, maybe more noise around would have helped, but if you're a table of 2, beware the (almost communal) bench seating.“

“from the formal tea to a steak dinner, this place is indeed special Hannah and her team (Leslie, Avinash, Laura and Cardin) do excellent job of making you feel comfortable and special. Service was attentive and thorough, everyone knew their job from plate clearing to topping off drinks and tea pots! Would highly recommend stopping in and joining them for any meal! Enjoy!“
