Expensive, lovely facilities and location. staff friendly and nice, over the last 15 years they've never quite gotten the kitchen, front of house thing worked out.

Sage lives up to it's reputation. Small portions with a great presentation. Take the time to have a glass of wine out on the Patio in front of the gas glass fire.

Went for prime rib Wednesday. It was ok. Too expensive for the cut of meat. Potato was under cooked.
