I really want to rate them higher but they unfortunately charge a credit card fee to customers. The ice cream is excellent and reasonably priced (by Aspen standards). If they get rid of their credit card fees I'd gladly rate them 5 stars.
Staff were extremely rude. Ice cream was overpriced. I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.
Whichever two girls worked at 6:30pm on Tuesday, July 8th, were extremely rude. They blatantly ignored that I was standing there waiting to be served and instead asked the gentleman who was already with a customer to help me after he was done. Meaning I stood there for 7 minutes while they went over to him and whispered about whatever was so funny to them. They also whispered and snickered while I was being helped. (I was the only customer in the store at this time.) Nothing against the ice cream as I love it and regularly purchase it, but that lack of awareness and customer service shown by those girls has left a bad impression.
The ice creams were great! Super fresh and creamy. Also, their single scoop is quite generous!
Best ice cream in town hand down! Highly recommend their shakes! 🙌

Vegan options are amazing and actually taste like ice cream. Kids loved watching them make cones and the toppings were delicious too!

Yummy ice cream and a helpful kind staff
Ice cream very good , but personal not honest, we was there January 16 around 2.30 pm , sale person request tip , my wife forget Bogner skiing gloves on countertop , return 2 minutes later they gone , spoke to manager she never call back , recommended to be careful when go to that place.

Super expensive every sundae is at least 10+ dollars it is 4.50 for a single scoop and the staff is pretty small. But the tables are super dirty same as the ones outside and that is super gross so you have to eat standing up.
Vegetarian options: Nothing has meat
Dietary restrictions: They only have a few dairy free options like sorbet and maybe one flavor of dairy free ice cream.
