The Edge Restaurant and Bar - Snowmass

We stopped in for happy hour and stayed for dinner. Service was top notch from beginning to end. Happy hour menu had a ton of great options, not just apps, but meals! We tried the grilled shrimp with German cocktail sauce, salmon profiteroles (YUM!), shared the pork schnitzel with Gypsy sauce (savory, rich, sun dried tomato and speck), and ended the meal with linzertorte. Seriously a great meal!!

Walked in with a party of 6 including two children. Would have been a nice sized bill/ tip.
Unfortunately we were not even waited on by any statt. They brought water to the table then disappeared. We walked after waiting 15 min for a server. Pathetic. Don't waste your time.

I had an amazing experience at The Edge Restaurant in Snowmass. From start to finish, everything was top tier. Renard was absolutely brilliant as our waiter—attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening feel effortless.
The bartender, Christiaan, deserves a special mention as well. He crafted some of the most unreal drinks I’ve had, with incredible attention to detail in both presentation and flavor.
The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, making it the perfect setting for a great night out. On top of that, the food was outstanding—delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Snowmass. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

This place rocks! the staff is great and the food is even better. My baby through up all over the place and Wikus (the server) cleared everything like a good boy. Top stuff Top place Top location. Theres even a live band sometimes in the kitchen! TOP STUFF

Maybe my favorite restaurant in Aspen/Snowmass. Atmosphere is calm and inviting like a nice neighborhood family restaurant. Service is friendly and accommodating without pretense or stuffiness. Prices are not astronomical. Food is outstanding and unique for the area. Fondue, schnitzel, spatzle, oh my!

Very nice room, superb service from an exceptionally friendly but not obtrusive staff and good that was exactly as advertised and prepared exceptionally well. The only negative was noise level but I'm not sure whether that was the group at the table next to us or by design,

Back in Snowmass for Ski season 2026 , Jason the Chef at The Edge Restaurant has outdone himself again .

Fantastic meal! Had fondu and trout! Waiter was so kind and bartender was super helpful regarding wine and offered several tastings with no pressure.

The Edge has the best happy hour menu in Snowmass. The goulash was excellent as well as the cocktail of the day. Both the waitstaff and the bartender were super helpful and nice. Very good music too

Very good service from the time we entered making us feel welcome. Attentive wait staff. Our veal was very good. The red cabbage was a little too sweet. I added some lemon to cut the taste of sugar. Warm atmosphere.

This was my third time dining here. It's a good location away from the busier part of the mountain and since we stay high in the village it's easy to walk to this restaurant. Otherwise you would need to drive and valet or take the shuttle up to the mall and walk from there. The food is very good and the number one reason why we eat here. However it's unfortunate that they don't have a fondue appetizer since this time I was dining alone and the fondue is priced for two people. Also, the restaurant was empty and they still stuck me in the small side room back corner table, so the ambiance was not appealing. The service was great.

The new manager was amazing. He recommended a number of dishes that were great. Food was device was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely go back.

We had a great time and our server was just awesome. Great recommendations and the food is just amazing. Come hungry! We had curry wurst which I have never had before but loved, fondue, and rotkraut which is braised red cabbage. All delicious.
