This restaurant had the best stews I’ve ever found in a restaurant. After a gruelling 8 hour hike through Maroon Bells, their stews were hardy, energising and super filling. Absolutely delicious!
I was visiting Snowmass in late July and decided to get a mid week dinner here. I had the best Middle Eastern Salad. It was easily enough for 2 with greens, hummus, feta, cucumber, tomato, black olives and couscous plus pita on the side and balsamic dressing. What was especially nice was the outdoor dining on the upstairs balcony. They also have outdoor tables with umbrellas along the sidewalk.
Service was great. Definitely a 5 star dinner at a reasonable price!

this is the most suitable meal after a day on the mountain
