Love 8th street. The meat cuts are great and I have f@grill envy” every time I go.. Make sure you grill some french bread slices on the grill. That's almost as good as the steaks.

This is such a unique dining experience! It’s a cook-it-yourself steakhouse, and the atmosphere combined with grilling your own steak makes every visit memorable. The staff is absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We’ve come here many times, including choosing it for our wedding rehearsal dinner, and each experience has been consistently impressive. Highly recommend for both special occasions and casual nights out!

Had a great time and we had not had the "cook your own steak" experience in a couple of decades. We forgot how fun it is. The meat was terrific and so were the sides. I recommend the bison sirloin.

Went here for my sister's 40th and it was absolutely amazing! It's not just dinner but an experience too. Our food was incredibly delicious! We had the salad, steaks, Mahi-Mahi, pork belly, and a mushroom appetizer, then a few desserts. We loved every bit of it! Also had a few cocktails and loves them all. Our waitress was great too, very helpful and attentive. It was on the expensive side, but would otherwise definitely recommend!

Interesting place. When we went here, we didn't appreciate that it was a ‘you cook it yourself' steakhouse. Not sure it completely worked, but it was nice to be able to cook the steak exactly the way you want it. Only issue is the sides. Don't necessarily come out exactly the same time your steak is done so there is a little bit of a timing issue there. Overall good at atmosphere, stake is excellent quality and service is generally average to good. While we were visiting here and don't live anywhere near this restaurant, I would probably go back.
