Apres Burger Bistro is a gem in Steamboat with amazing food and friendly service. The outdoor deck provides a nice dining spot with shade. The tuna entree, salmon entree, ceviche, Barnyard Reunion burger, and salads were all delicious. The mussels and kids mac and cheese are also highly recommended. Vegetarian options like the Impossible burger are available. Portions are just right, and the staff is accommodating, even splitting dishes. Prices are reasonable, and margaritas are generously served. A great spot for groups, including kids, and even dog-friendly with water bowls provided. Will definitely return to this fantastic find.
