“Recently had lunch at Thunderhead Lodge. The views were stunning and the food was great. Several people in our group had the pizza and said it was very good (we live in Chicago and we know pizza), the Strawberry salad was very good as was the hummus platter. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return!“

“Highly Recommend…This restaurant is AWESOME!! Super views of the mountain and ski slopes and close to the gondola. It’s right next to the ice skating rink and lawn to enjoy a drink or meal while you watch the kids play. The food is wonderful and the service is top notch. There is a section where you can order yourself and pickup at the counter, along with a section for sit down service with a waiter. Killer drinks on tap, big wine and mixed drink selection, and a fountain drink machine with tons of options. They salads and sandwiches, soups and pizzas, tacos and dessert… You’ll find it all at the range. Fair prices, tasty meals, and good times await. Aidan is truly the best and always takes amazing care of me and my crew. We are welcomed with friendly faces and big smiles by the staff and they seem truly happy to help. Indoor and outdoor seating and two levels leave plenty of room for the whole pack. Thanks Steamboat…we will be back.“
