Overpriced coffee. Not to mention Susan's customer service skills. She'll stand there running her mouth about things that have nothing to do with any of the orders waiting to get made. Will stand there talking to someone forever while there's a line out the door. Then when she's done running her mouth, she'll scream for the next order even after the person at the register repeated it for her to hear. Susan, shut up and just make the orders. Also, they only have a single HAND washing sink that they use to wash all the dishes, this place is unsanitary.

Breakfast burritos to the rescue! Gondola Joe's will save the day with an array of ready to eat, prepared with love and tastyness before hitting the slopes. They have meaty things as well as gluten free(ish) vegetarian and VEGAN food options. Sweets and drinks and the hottest coffee. Not to mention, the staff as super duper kind.

Pick me up central... this place has some dang good oat milk latte (get that extra shot!!) and made the little dude's day with a rainbow doughnut! Sugar high, yes please! Delish, great service, and coming back daily! Peace!

As a spoiled Seattleite, its tough to find coffee that lives up to the bar. After spending a week trying all the coffee shops in the village, Gondola Joe's is the winner hands down. If you're looking for the cheapest spot to get your caffeine buzz, this may not be for you. If you are searching for a delicious, high quality espresso drink (oatmilk lattes are my go-to), would highly recommend!

Coffee and staff were amazing. Able to make coffee with special requests with no issue. Some of the nicest staff we have met in Steamboat.

Loved the coconut chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies

Spendy, spendy, money lendy. Burrito was average flavor-wise. Lines were mellow at 8am.

$7.50 for a small cup of soup. Also, returned a sandwich due to there being lettuce on it and the menu failing to mention lettuce. The girl wasn't happy about making a new one. My attitude was calm.

Great spot for coffee and breakfast before hitting the slopes. The coffee is Starbucks and there are many good options on the menu (not a Starbucks menu) Not too expensive but definitely not a budget place to feed yourself. Tables to sit at but it does get pretty busy. Seems to be a common and good meeting place for people because it is centrally located in the gondola square.

Extremely friendly staff, great food and coffee. They were very accommodating to any dietary needs/changes to the menu. Definitely recommend Gondola Joe's for breakfast. It's a go-to spot for breakfast at the mountain base.

Paid $10 for a basic breakfast sandwich (cheese, egg and sausage) which was not made to order. It has been sitting and steaming for a while so all the components ended up watery and soggy. I would not recommend this breakfast spot.

We ordered one drink which took pretty long...then we got it and the whipped cream was overflowing the drink and made a huge mess. This drink was $8, that’s very expensive for the result we got.

Huge seating area.

FANTASTIC coffee. I like to consider myself an iced latte connoisseur, and their coffee hit all the best notes. I have been to many bad coffee shops in my life, that have sour espresso, old espresso, old milk, etc. but Gondola Joes is fresh and genuine. 10/10 would recommend.
