Overpriced coffee. Not to mention Susan's customer service skills. She'll stand there running her mouth about things that have nothing to do with any of the orders waiting to get made. Will stand there talking to someone forever while there's a line out the door.Then when she's done running her mouth, she'll scream for the next order even after the person at the register repeated it for her to hear. Susan, shut up and just make the orders.Also, they only have a single HAND washing...read full review
