There is a 4% kitchen service fee added to the total bill without your knowledge and they don’t explain the reason for the charge. It was a bit suspicious of a charge. Just be aware as this is not related to gratuity and does not go to the servers.

I met up with my friends here for a late lunch. Located in the gondola village area, it's walkable from the ski mountain, and there's also a covered parking lot you can park in. Our waiter, Robert, was super nice and quick in getting our orders in. I ordered their cold brew expresso Martini and their fish and chips. We also ordered the chili tots, which were surprisingly amazing! If you like chili, I highly recommend the tots; it's also so perfect for the cold weather! Overall, it's a great casual spot if you're just getting done skiing or staying nearby.

The owner was supper friendly… I even got a birthday drink 🍷!! Maddie was an excellent waitress, she was friendly and very attentive!! Over all experience was remarkable!! Thank you!!

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. We felt rushed as we arrived close to happy hour but were told we couldn’t order yet, even though our order was placed during happy hour. My water glass had someone else’s lipstick on it, and the crackers served to us were open and appeared half-eaten. This made my son lose his appetite and feel uncomfortable eating his food, as the environment didn’t seem clean. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor handling of our visit left us dissatisfied.

This is MY favorite place to eat in Steamboat. We have been coming for years! The pickle fries are the BEST fried pickles ever! I always get amazing service, all the staff is extremely friendly! It’s one of the homiest places to eat at! They have great views as well! The food is so good!

It was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Our service was great. We took our boys 16,12,&9 and they are still talking about their food. They wished it had been open for dinner to go back. We will for sure be back.

Cool, there’s live music at Gondola Square. Let’s grab some drinks and food. Gonna camp for a bit, but lifts are gonna close.Sit on the patio. No servers, ok. We can go inside and order drinks. Start a tab & keep it open.Ready for food and round 2. Go to upstairs bar and wait for 5 minutes. Try to order drink and food on tab. Sorry, sir. If you want food and you’re outside, you need to go downstairs. Ok.I go downstairs. Wait 5 minutes. We have a tab, want another drink and some nacho fries. Sorry, if you’re outside, you need to go to the to-go window out there and order. Fine.Go outside and wait 15 minutes. And wait. And wait. Woman in front of me has been there 10 minutes with 2 parties in front of her. They order and cancel their food because it’s taken so long.I have to start a new tab. Bartender is slammed and is covering stools, service bar and to-go.Whoever manages this place need to get a clue.Nacho fries were great!
