So delicious!

The staff were incredibly inviting and their coffee was delicious. Their homemade salted honey butter syrup was amazing! I wish I could bring this shop home with me.

You know a croissant is good when you look down and realize it’s somehow all over your face because you inhaled it too fast in the parking lot.

Inclusions is truly something special. Every pastry is beautiful, intentional, and clearly made with love — and knowing their croissants take three days to create makes you honor the craftsmanship even more. So much hard work, care, and late nights go into every flaky layer.

As someone who attempts to bake at high altitude, I also deeply appreciate how challenging gluten-free baking can be, and they do it exceptionally well.

Their new location is dreamy too, with a cozy outdoor patio that makes you want to sit for hours with coffee and a pastry on a rainy morning.

Steamboat is lucky to have this female-owned small business. Support local, order the croissant, and bring napkins. 🥐✨

We are so deeply grateful for all of you.

Having food that my person can safely eat has genuinely enriched our lives in ways that are difficult to put into words, and I am rarely at a loss for words.

From my understanding, Grace’s own journey led her to a place of needing food that felt safe and nourishing for her, and instead of stopping there, she chose to create something that now supports so many others in our community. Thank you, Grace, for bringing this place into existence and for turning personal experience into care for others.

CJ, your diligence, attention to detail, and care mean more than I think you realize. You consistently help L feel seen, respected, and safe around food, which is not something we take lightly. The cake you made for Airic’s baby shower was incredible — beautiful, delicious, a little spooky, and deeply us. (Yes, I added the kitchen knife. 😉)

And Sammy, thank you for always making me delicious beverages and helping make the bakery feel warm and welcoming every time we come in.

You all have created more than a bakery. You’ve created a space where people who are often excluded from simple food experiences can gather, celebrate, and feel cared for.

Truly the most amazing gluten free sandwich loaf for making sandwiches. Cuts perfectly, texture holds up, toasts wonderfully & stays in tact when toasting - and it's all made with really quality ingredients. So many people in our community are so thankful for Inclusions bringing certified GF bread to the yampa valley!
Every time I order a loaf, staff from Inclusions is there to let me know it's ready & lets me know how to best store it.

i ordered a custom birthday cake for my mom since she is gluten free. i asked for a cake that said “happy birthday mom” and left the creative designing to the bakery. the cake was a little sloppy and did not say “happy birthday” at all. i’m a little disappointed in the overall experience. the cake itself was dry and crumbly which i guess is just how gluten free cake is? the taste itself was good, but still underwhelmed considering the price we paid.

Stopped by to grab a breakfast quiche and a pistachio macchiato. Always welcome by warm greetings and smiles. Always a go to to just stop by and grab breakfast. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness Steamboat finally has a wonderful coffee and dessert cafe. My wife and I both very much enjoyed the chocolate brownie and I had a mocha that was perfect . The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is congenial and warm . Lots of places to sit and visit with friends . And a long beautiful oak bar with which just sets the place off which just sets the place off. You got to try this place the coffee and bakery Goods
