This bakery made my heart so happy, especially as I'm recently gluten free (not by choice...). The staff was so friendly and gave me the recommendation to put the cinnamon roll frosting on the sticky bun - would highlyyyyy recommend this combo and this bakery to anyone with a gluten free or glutenous diet!

Inclusions Bakery is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of working with them for a recent wedding, and every detail—from the flavor to the presentation—was flawless.
Their baked goods were not only stunning but also absolutely delicious. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the desserts, and the couple was thrilled with their custom cake. The team at Inclusions was professional, creative, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process.
We highly recommend Inclusions Bakery to any couple looking for show-stopping sweets and an exceptional vendor experience. Can’t wait to partner again soon!

Oh my geees this is the most coolest and nicest bakery in town! You walk in and it smells incredible! The people there are sooo polite and accommodating, this was 7 am in the morning!! The coffee was killer, the cinnamon muffins was to die for - not too sweet and didn’t taste fake, like many do, but very fresh and tasty!! The quiche was very good and easy to eat! Can’t go wrong here for breakfast!!Inside or outside! Can’t wait to go back!! Yummmm!!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this entirely gluten-free bakery in Steamboat Springs. Some of our favorite items were the Nutella coffee cake and chocolate cherry brownie. Safe for people with celiac’s disease

I love this dedicated gf bakery! And what an incredible selection!! Sweet, savory, muffins, cupcakes, loaves of bread, cheesecake bars, etc. Everything I have tried here has been delicious, so I don’t think you can go wrong. But my favorites are probably the individual-sized quiches (they usually have several veggie options too), the many varieties of brownies, and this cream cheese raspberry muffin!
Also, they are now in a lovely new space right in downtown!
My partner and I stopped in here after our morning exercise on the river. The staff was kind, attentive and fun. The lattes were delicious (matcha and chai). We also had a sticky bun (delicious and not overly sweet, yum!), and a mushroom quiche (high quality mushrooms). The place feels a bit hectic/disorganized inside but they’re churning out delicious bites and tasty beverages that are best enjoyed on the spacious patio!

We went to this bakery with high hopes and were immediately disappointed. At 7am we were greeted with day old quiche and nothing else in the store to purchase.

Mixed feelings. We bought two pastries and one loaf of bread. The pastries (one cinnamon swirl and one pecan crumble) were delicious. The loaf of herb bread was a disappointment. The bread was very stodgy (it had not risen enough and was under baked) even toasting didn't help. Ate half and threw the rest away. This was the first time we used this bakery so perhaps it was just an off bread day. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pastries were great so we would give them another chance.

We didn’t know this was a gluten free bakery. No signage stating their baked goods were gluten free. Bought 2 chocolate cupcakes that were brutal. Chocolate frosting was the worst. Cupcake was like eating a week old bran muffin. Very little selection. No baked goods to speak of. Might be the worst bakery we’ve ever been to. Who’s baking this stuff anyway! This place won’t last.

This place is AMAZING!!! All gluten free! Walked in hoping to find a gluten free option, to my surprise EVERYTHING is gluten free. So many options, brownies, cookies, muffins, sandwich bread, baguette and more. The owners are such sweet people, friendly I can’t say enough about this place. You must try it.

Was feeling snacky as we drive through Stramboat and saw this place as we drove past. Staff was super friendly and baked goods were both beautiful and delicious. I wish we lived closer; we’d be here regularly! Looks like the shop is fairly new, so we wish them all the best. Parking next to and behind store.

Inclusions in Steamboat is a staple to the community. I love their cupcakes. I got a pumpkin cupcake when they were in season and her dad grew the pumpkins. Fantastic! 🙌
